Shipment Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

 Orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are dealing with a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow extra days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery

The shipping rates for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed during checkout in the webshop.

Shipping method: DPD or similar parcel service

Shipping costs: Depending on the destination, size, and weight of the goods to be shipped. This is always shown at the checkout in the webshop

Pick up at the company address is also possible (please make an appointment by phone)

Shipping confirmation & tracking of your order

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
